Day 1
吉隆坡 - 兰州
KUL - Lanzhou
出发地乘机前往兰州，抵达后乘车前往兰州酒店入住 ！
Depart from your hometown by flight to Lanzhou. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel in Lanzhou for check-in.
Day 2
兰州 - 武威
Lanzhou - Wuwei
餐食Meals：早B/午L/晚D
早餐后，前往黄河风情线 -【中山桥】、【水车园】、【黄河母亲】解锁金城兰州的滨河魅力。【兰州牛
肉面博物馆】，参观牛肉面博物馆 + 亲手体验 DIY 兰州牛肉面体验 + 品尝兰州牛肉面。游览我国最早石窟
代表【天梯山石窟】，在学术界有“石窟鼻祖”之称。
After breakfast, visit the Yellow River Scenic Line, including Zhongshan Bridge, Waterwheel Park, and the
Yellow River Mother Sculpture, to experience Lanzhou’s charming riverside scenery. Then head to the
Lanzhou Beef Noodle Museum to learn about the culture of Lanzhou beef noodles, enjoy a hands-on DIY
noodle-making session, and taste this iconic local specialty. Later, explore the Tiantishan Grottoes, one
of China’s earliest grotto sites, known as the “Originator of Grottoes.”
Day 3
武威 - 酒泉
Wuwei - Jiuquan

早餐后前往游览【七彩丹霞（含门票+景交车）】这里的丹霞地貌发育于距今约200万的前侏罗纪至第三
纪。数以千计的悬崖山峦全部呈现出鲜艳的丹红色和红褐色，造型奇特，色彩斑谰，气势磅礴。晚餐后，
入住酒店休息。
After breakfast, proceed to visit Zhangye Danxia National Geological Park (including entrance ticket and
shuttle bus). The Danxia landforms here were formed from the pre-Jurassic to the Tertiary period, dating
back about 2 million years. Thousands of cliffs and rolling hills display striking shades of crimson and
reddish-brown, with dramatic shapes and magnificent scenery. After dinner, check in to the hotel for a
restful evening.
Day 4
酒泉 - 额济纳旗
Jiuquan - Ejina Banner
餐食Meals：早B/午L/晚D
早餐后前往【西汉酒泉胜迹公园】河西走廊唯一保存完整的一座汉式园林，迄今已有2000多年的历史。
After breakfast, visit Western Han Jiuquan Historical Park, the only well-preserved Han-style garden in the
Hexi Corridor, with a history spanning over 2,000 years.
Day 5
达来呼布 - 嘉峪关
Dalaikubu - Jiayuguan
餐食Meals：早B/午L/晚D
早餐后，前往游览【额济纳旗胡杨林】中国保护最完整、最壮观的胡杨林的聚集地，是全世界三大胡杨林
之一。
After breakfast, head to visit Ejina Banner Poplar Forest, home to China’s most well-preserved and
spectacular poplar forest, and one of the three largest poplar forests in the world.
Day 6
嘉峪关 - 张掖
Jiayuguan - Zhangye

早餐后，前往【嘉峪关关城】（含通关文牒）是明代万里长城西端主宰，自古为河西第一隘口。
接着前往张掖游览【大佛寺】张掖大佛寺景区是丝绸之路上的一处重要名胜古迹群 ，也是历史文化名城
金张掖的标志性建筑。
After breakfast, visit Jiayuguan Pass City (including pass permit), the western end of the Ming Great Wall
and historically the most strategic gateway of the Hexi Corridor.
Then proceed to Zhangye to explore Zhangye Giant Buddha Temple, an important historic site along the
Silk Road and a landmark of the historic cultural city of Zhangye.
Day 7
张掖 - 西宁
Zhangye - Xining

早餐后前往游览【东关清真大寺】青海省最重要的清真寺之一，也是西宁的标志性景点。接着游览【莫家
街】是西宁最古老的街道之一，也是一个青海美食集中区。晚餐后，入住酒店休息。
After breakfast, visit Dongguan Grand Mosque, one of Qinghai’s most important mosques and a
landmark of Xining. Then explore Mojia Street, one of the city’s oldest streets and a hub for local Qinghai
cuisine. After dinner, check in to the hotel for rest.
Day 8
西宁 - 青海湖 - 兰州
Xining - Qinghai Lake - Lanzhou

早餐后 前往【青海湖】，青海湖与其说是湖，不如说是海，了无边际，让人惊异的湛蓝与两岸绿油油的
草地相衬，清朗的天空淡淡的白云下，盛夏星星点点的各色野花，悠闲其中的牛羊，仙境一样的牧歌式
画面就呈现在眼前了。晚餐后，集合于机场，启程返回出发地，结束了这一次美妙的旅行！
After breakfast, head to Qinghai Lake. More than just a lake, Qinghai Lake stretches endlessly, its stunning
blue waters contrasting with the lush green meadows on both shores. Under the clear sky dotted with soft
white clouds, colorful wildflowers bloom in summer, and grazing cattle and sheep create a picturesque,
pastoral scene like a fairyland. After dinner, gather at the airport and depart for your return journey,
concluding this wonderful trip.
Day 9
抵达
HOME
抵达吉隆坡，解散后各自返回温暖的家。
Arrive in Kuala Lumpur. After dispersing, return to your own homes.
